Canada 2019-2024
Int'l Education Strategy

The Canadian government is investing $149 million in students through the new International Education Strategy (2019-2024). Vietnam is a priority nation.

The new International Education Strategy is titled “Building on success” – an appropriate name, considering the progress that’s been made in welcoming more international students to Canada over the past several years.

More importantly, the Strategy targets international students from developing countries such as Vietnam, Brazil, etc. as prime candidates for Canada’s future workforce. This means a simpler migration process and an increase in the number of migration pathways for internationals.
