This visa lets nominated skilled workers live and work in Australia as permanent residents.
You will be able to:

- You must be aged under 45 when we invite you to apply for the visa
- You must score at least 65 points in Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) Point Calculation

Skilled Work Regional visa (subclass 491)
This visa is for skilled workers who want to live and work in regional Australia.
You will be able to:

Skilled—Recognised Graduate visa (subclass 476)
This visa allows recent engineering graduates to live, work or study in Australia for up to 18 months. You must have completed a degree or higher qualification from a specified institution within the past 2 years, and be under 31 years of age.
You will be able to:

- You must be aged under 31
- You must not have previously been the primary holder of a Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485) visa or a Skilled – Recognised Graduate (subclass 476) visa
- You must have a competent level of English - equivalent of IELTS Full Band 6.0
- When you apply, you must have completed an engineering course for which you were awarded a degree or higher qualification in the last 2 years. This could be a: bachelors degree, masters degree, doctoral degree, postgraduate diploma
- This qualification must be in an engineering discipline, such as: civil engineering, structural engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical, production and plant engineering, mining and material engineering

This is a permanent visa for people who have an internationally recognised record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in an eligible field.

Tasmania Small Business Owner visa (subclass 491 SBO)
The program assists overseas nationals obtain Tasmania Government nomination if they show commitment to supporting the Tasmania’s innovation ecosystem and meet the nomination criteria set by the Tasmania Government.
You will be able to:
- live, work, and conduct business in Tasmania
- bring your family to Australia
Eligibility
- Your business (solely owned by you) has been established and operated in anywhere in Tasmania for at least 6 months.
- Personal income derived from operating the business would meet the minimum taxable income requirement set by DHA for visa 191. Currently, that is $53,900 per year for at least 3 years in the next 5 years.
- You must have a competent level of English - equivalent of IELTS Full Band 6.0
- You must be under 45 years of age
- You must have an occupation in the LIN19/051, a positive skills assessment
- You must score at least EOI 65 points (including 15 points of state nomination)
- You must score at least IELTS 6.0
- You must have a comprehensive business plan on how you will do business in Tasmania

This visa is for small business owners to operate a business in regional Queensland.
You will be able to:
- operate a small business in regional Queensland

- You must provide evidence of sufficient settlement funds
